The decision of the arbitrator shall be final & binding on both the parties to the dispute. The place of arbitration shall be Mohali, Punjab. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act-1996, as amended, shall govern the arbitration proceedings.

 

The Terms & Conditions mentioned above shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The only exclusive forum for any disputes arising out of / relating to the above-mentioned Terms of Use shall be the court of law located in Mohali, Punjab.
