1st, Brainstorming Process: - Gathering 4 or 5 people with different careers from Non to High Professional level. Set 5 minutes of brainstorming, throwing ideas (remember stupid idea is the best idea).
2nd, Beyond process:- After gathering all the ideas, study them well and think beyond of the idea can be improved.
3rd, Implementation Process:- Design idea have been finalized. So it goes to R & D movement (Research & Development), analysis will be carried according into few segments:- Technology, Material and Environmental Friendly.
4th, On-Go Process:- The Creative/Innovative Ideas Or Design On-go to the real market by implementing The BEAR Marketing.
